Orinmore is a family business led by Martin, Sally and Tom Hathaway. Together we combine senior business experience, deep data and analytics expertise, operational delivery and hands-on technical capability.
Martin is Managing Director of Orinmore Technology Ltd and leads the overall direction, growth and client development of the business.
He brings 29 years of experience in professional services, with a particular depth of expertise in data analytics and using data to help organisations make better decisions. Throughout his career, Martin has worked with senior leaders to understand complex business problems, identify the insight hidden within data, and use technology and analytics to improve operational and commercial outcomes.

A consistent theme throughout Martin's career has been helping organisations turn large or complex datasets into clear, actionable insight. This includes understanding what data is needed, assessing whether it can be trusted, identifying patterns and opportunities, and designing reporting and analytics that support better management decisions.
At Orinmore, Martin is responsible for driving the business forward, developing client relationships, building partnerships and identifying opportunities where technology, AI, data and automation can create commercial value.
He also provides senior oversight across client engagements, helping clients identify the right problems to solve, challenge existing ways of working and ensure that solutions remain practical, proportionate and focused on measurable business outcomes.
Sally is Operations Director at Orinmore Technology Ltd and leads the day-to-day running of the business, client engagement and delivery.
She has more than 10 years of experience working in technology-focused roles, including within major industrial organisations such as Linde Gas and Air Liquide.
Her experience includes working with technology and operational teams, supporting digital change, improving processes and helping organisations use technology and data more effectively.
At Orinmore, Sally works closely with clients to understand their needs, coordinate delivery and ensure projects are implemented effectively from initial idea through to completion.
She has a particular focus on practical delivery, usability and adoption, helping ensure that the solutions Orinmore develops are not only technically effective but work well for the people who use them.
Tom is Technical Director at Orinmore Technology Ltd and leads the company's technology and engineering capability.
He is currently focused full-time on Orinmore while completing his third-year placement as part of his Computer Science degree at Cardiff University. His academic background covers software development, data, systems design and applied technology, which he applies directly to real business challenges.
At Orinmore, Tom is responsible for translating business problems into practical technical solutions, designing and building software, AI and automation workflows, developing data and reporting solutions, and ensuring the technology we deliver is robust, maintainable and appropriate for the client.
For larger or more specialist projects, Tom also works with trusted technology partners while maintaining technical oversight and quality throughout delivery.
